UN ELIXIR DALLA LUNIGIANA: LA CHINA CLEMENTI

E' nel 1884 che il dr Giuseppe Clementi inizia a produrre l'Antico Elixir di china riuscendo ad unire il piacere alle proprietà curative della pianta. Da allora la famiglia Clementi continua a prepararlo con immutata cura e dedizione..... Viene utilizzata la corteccia di china solo delle pregiate specie calisaya e succirubra, un segreto degli Indios che dal Sud America, dopo sapiente elaborazione, giunge infine nel nostro bicchiere. Profumi di erbe aromatiche, fragranze agrumate e ammalianti note caramellate in un corpo di suadente cremosità. Sensazioni che sposano perfettamente il gusto classico della cioccolata o del gelato alla crema, di raffinata pasticceria o di gustosa frutta secca.
