Ho nel forno uno spettacolare budino di verdura, che sta cuocendo a bagnomaria... il profumo aleggia per la casa!!! Lo servirò a temperatura ambiente con una crema tiepida al parmigiano: cucinare mi piace troppo!!!! La ricetta del budino la trovate già nel blog: sfiziosecondi, piatti unici oppure in contorni fantasia!!!
Anche se l'estate cattura molto del mio tempo, sto preparando un sacco di nuove ricette da proporvi quanto prima......... nel frattempo "buon mare" a tutti quanti!!!
