INGREDIENTI per circa 10 muffin
200g farina
100g cocco grattugiato
130g zucchero bianco
2 uova
1 vasetto di yogurt alla fragola
1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci
100g di burro fuso
Miscelate la farina con il cocco, lo zucchero e il lievito per dolci; aggiungete lo yogurt, le uova e il burro fuso e quando il composto sarà ben amalgamato, riempite dei pirottini da muffin fino a metà della loro capienza. Infornate a forno preriscaldato a 180/190° per una ventina di minuti e quando saranno belli dorati, sformateli e fateli raffreddare.....

Ingredients for about 10 muffins
200g flour
100g grated coconut
130g white sugar
2 eggs
1 jar of strawberry yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
100g butter, melted
Mix the flour, coconut, sugar and baking powder, add the yogurt, eggs and melted butter, and when the mixture is well blended, fill the muffin cups up to half of their capacity. Bake in preheated oven at 180/190 degrees for about twenty minutes and when they are beautiful golden sformateli and let cool .....
