INGREDIENTI PER 4 PERSONE:
4 uova sode
una manciata di capperi sotto sale
3 cucchiai di maionese
1 etto di fave fresche
sale e pepe
Sbollentate le fave, pelatele e frullatele con capperi, la maionese, sale, pepe e il tuorlo delle uova sode. Quando il composto sarà ben omogeneo, con la sac à poche farcite gli albumi e passateli in forno a gratinare un paio di minuti...
Servite belli caldi magari su un bel letto di insalata fresca tagliata sottile come fosse un bel prato.

a handful of capers in salt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 pound of fresh beans
salt and pepper
