Se qualcuno di voi si è chiesto dove fossi sparita in queste festività pasquali, rispondo subito: sono stata a Roma!!! Il mio fidanzato abita lì, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e carino del sud della capitale... proprio dove cominciano i Castelli!! La vigilia siamo stati alla Sperlonga a passeggio per le bianche stradine che salgono e scendono per la collina sino al mare: paesaggi veramente stupendi, così come il gelato enorme che abbiamo scelto di mangiare per merenda.... Pasqua a casa con un'infinità di manicaretti, non ultimo un carpaccino di orata cruda su un lettuccio comodo di rucoletta e pomodorini e una fusion dedicata alla capitale: sfoglia di pasta fatta in casa ripiena di amatriciana su crema al cacio e pepe!!! Non potete capire,... anzi capirete visto che ho intenzione di regalarvi le mie ricette.......
