INGREDIENTI:
8/9 foglie belle grandi e sane di arancio biologico
1 litro di alcool 90° uso alimentare
400 gr zucchero
1 litro di acqua
Lavate molto accuratamente le foglie di arancio, asciugatele bene e sistematele dentro un contenitore di vetro a chiusura ermetica con l'alcool per non meno di un mese. Trascorsi i 30 gg preparate uno sciroppo facendo sciogliere su fiamma media lo zucchero nell'acqua: raggiunta l'ebollizione spegnete il fuoco e fate raffreddare fino a che non si sia raggiunta la temperatura ambiente. A questo punto unite lo sciroppo all'alcool mescolate e filtrate il liquore in modo da togliere le foglie ed eventuali piccoli residui di zucchero. Trasferite il liquore dentro delle bottiglie di vetro nelle quali avrete sistemato una o due foglie di arancio fresco, ben lavate ed asciugate in modo da avere un richiamo visivo al sapore.... fate riposare il liquore per non meno di 2 mesi prima di poterlo gustare.
A volte quando prendo il gelato di gelateria (o quando riesco a farlo in casa), faccio ridurre sul fuoco un bicchierino di questo liquore al quale aggiungo un cucchiaino di zucchero di canna e quando ha raggiunto la consistenza di una crema lo verso nella coppetta insieme al freddo dessert...... veramente molto buono!!!

At this point add the syrup and strain the liquor mixed with alcohol to removethe leaves and small residual sugar. Pour the liqueur into the glass bottles inwhich you have placed one or two of fresh orange leaves, well washed anddried in order to have a visual appeal to the taste .... let stand the liquor for at least 2 months before you can enjoy.
Sometimes when I take the ice cream (or when I can do at home), I reducethe fire with a glass of this liqueur, which I add a teaspoon of brown sugarand when it reached the consistency of the cream to the bowl along colddessert ...... really very good!
