INGREDIENTI:
700 gr di fragole mature e sode
1/2 litro di vino bianco secco
Aceto balsamico
200 gr zucchero
3 anici stellati in bacca intera
BOWL OF STRAWBERRIES IN RED WINE FLAVORED star anise
Strawberries are good in two thousand ways, from simple sugar and nowthat the spring season sees them in mass appear in stores, can not resist..... here's an original way to serve to impress your guests, but without too much effort!
INGREDIENTS:
700 g ripe strawberries and boiled
1 / 2 liter of dry white wine
Balsamic vinegar
200 gr sugar
3 whole star anise in berry
Let marinate 12 hours before serving, the star anise in white wine:refrigerate well-sealed.
Wash the strawberries and cut into fairly small pieces (depending on howyou prefer), pour into a bowl, season with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and leave in the fridge for half an hour. Melt the sugar in the wine, strain itand pour it into the strawberries and let macerate for half an hour yet.Transfer the mixture into glasses and then to taste (I prefer large transparentglasses of red wine), maybe adding some ice cubes to bring more transparency.
You can also add a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper before serving..... this is an excellent preparation, very versatile to use as an aperitif, but also as a flow of half to replace it as trivial sorbet .... Personally I love it as a dessert .... and for this gift there is the recipe!
